Deleting your information

If a dealership holds your details

Contact the dealership you dealt with and ask them to delete your record. They control that information; RocketAuto stores it for them. They can remove it from their RocketAuto account directly.

If you connected a Facebook Page to RocketAuto

Removing the connection deletes the stored access token immediately:

• In RocketAuto, go to Marketing → Setup → Accounts and press Disconnect on the Meta card; or
• On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select RocketAuto, and remove it.

Either route revokes the token. Posts already published to your Page remain on your Page and are yours to delete there.

Anything else

Email support@rocketauto.ca with the email address or phone number concerned. We respond within 30 days and will tell you what was deleted, or explain why something must be retained (for example a completed sale a dealership is required to keep for tax purposes).
